Shannon has spent her career leading organizations through complex strategic initiatives utilizing a human-centered approach. Shannon is known for her delivery leadership and her ability to initiate and deliver the “impossible” projects. With extensive experience spanning Fortune 100 companies, startups, and top consulting firms, she combines expertise in strategic technology initiative delivery, organizational change management, and technology communications to drive impactful results. Shannon has received numerous awards in the Technology field including:

Shannon has worked at Ernst & Young, Dell, Merck, NXP and BigCommerce. She is also an active board member, a creative, a speaker and a mentor for all things STEAM-related.

Shannon also enjoys writing and in 2023, she took an Introduction to Screenwriting class in 2023 at the Austin School of Film. Within three months, Shannon completed her first short script. That debut short script, Unpromoted, won four awards:

Shannon obtained her BBA in Management Information Systems and an MA in the Human Dimension of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin.
